Please read these rules carefully before registering on the tak platform and before using any of our services. Each clause here sets out your rights and responsibilities clearly.

General Provisions and Definitions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the tak platform and all its services. By using the website, opening an account, or taking part in any game or betting service, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to follow these Terms.
1.1 Definitions
The meanings of certain terms used in this document are clarified below:
- "Platform" — tak's website, mobile application, and all related digital services.
- "User" or "You" — anyone who holds a registered account on the tak platform or uses its services.
- "We" or "tak" — the authority operating this platform.
- "Account" — a user's personal registered profile through which services are accessed.
- "Betting Funds" — money deposited into an account and available for use in games or betting.
- "Bonus" — a promotional benefit provided by tak, subject to specific conditions.
1.2 Application of Terms
These Terms are written for users residing in Bangladesh. If any clause conflicts with applicable local law, local law will take precedence. tak reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time, and any changes will be announced on the platform.
Account Registration
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account on the tak platform, each user must provide accurate and complete information. The name, date of birth, mobile number, and banking details provided at registration must be real and verifiable. Providing false or incomplete information may result in the account being suspended or closed at any time.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each person may open only one tak account. Operating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, payment method, or identity is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses will be cancelled.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
After registration, tak may request identity verification at any time. A photo of a National ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate may be required. Withdrawal access may be limited until verification is complete.
Age Limit and Eligibility
3.1 Minimum Age
All tak services are exclusively for persons aged 21 or older. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the services. If a false age is provided at registration and this is later proven, the account will be cancelled and the balance may be forfeited.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility
tak primarily serves users residing in Bangladesh. Users must ensure that it is their own personal responsibility to use online gaming and betting services from their location, and that they are aware of local laws.
3.3 Professional Restrictions
Employees, directors, or close family members of anyone associated with tak may not place bets or play games on this platform. Violation of this rule will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any winnings.
Account Security
4.1 Protecting Login Details
It is your responsibility to keep your tak account username and password completely confidential. Sharing, giving, or transferring this information to anyone else is prohibited. Sharing your account is a violation of these Terms and may result in the account being suspended.
4.2 Unauthorised Access
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact tak customer support immediately. tak will not be responsible for transactions that occurred before you reported the suspicious access, but after you notify us we will assist in securing your account.
4.3 Detecting Suspicious Activity
tak uses automated systems to monitor unusual transactions and bets. If unusual activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended for verification. This process is carried out in the interest of user security.
Deposits and Withdrawals
5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
Funds can currently be deposited on the tak platform via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (by any method). For bank transfers, transactions can be made from major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, or BRAC Bank.
You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and may result in account verification being suspended.
5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits
Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
5.3 Verification and Delays
Additional identity verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts. If verification is incomplete, withdrawal processing may be delayed. tak reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal if any investigation is ongoing.
Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000; before withdrawing from the bonus, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be placed.
6.2 Weekly and Special Promotions
tak regularly offers various promotions. The weekly tak Festival Bonus gives a 50% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on a minimum deposit of ৳200, with a 20x wagering requirement. The tak Friday Dhamaka automatically adds a 75% bonus of up to ৳8,000 every Friday and Saturday, with an 18x wagering requirement.
6.3 General Bonus Terms
- After accepting a bonus, withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirement is met.
- The maximum single bet amount placed using a bonus must remain within a set limit.
- Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active, unless tak gives specific approval.
- If bonuses are misused or an attempt is made to collect bonuses through multiple accounts, all bonuses will be cancelled.
- tak reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotion.
Betting and Game Rules
7.1 General Betting Rules
All bets placed on the tak platform are treated as voluntary and informed decisions by the user. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn unless an annulment is announced due to a specific technical error.
7.2 Sports Betting
tak's own odds-setting method applies to bets on cricket, football, and other sports. If a match is cancelled, postponed, or left incomplete, bet settlement will follow specific rules. If the connection is lost during live betting, the last received bet will remain valid.
7.3 Casino Games
All games in the tak casino are operated through third-party software providers. Each game has its own rules and RTP (Return to Player), which can be viewed within the game. In the event of a technical failure during a game, the result of the last successfully completed round will stand.
7.4 Betting Limits
Maximum and minimum bet amounts are set for each game and betting market, and these are shown in the game interface. tak reserves the right to adjust the betting limits of any user if needed.
Prohibited Activities
8.1 Manipulation and Fraud
Using any form of manipulation, bots, automated scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage on the tak platform is strictly prohibited. Intentionally exploiting game errors or bugs, and any winnings obtained as a result, will be considered void.
8.2 Anti-Money Laundering Policy
tak strictly follows international anti-money laundering standards. If a user's transactions appear suspicious, we may be required to report information to the relevant authorities. If unusual deposit and withdrawal patterns are detected on an account, transactions will be suspended until an investigation is complete.
8.3 Other Prohibited Actions
- Attempting to access another user's account.
- Attempting to attack or damage tak's servers or network.
- Illegally copying or distributing platform content.
- Operating an account on behalf of a third party.
- Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users.
Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Interruptions
tak makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, but temporary service disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party software failures. tak accepts limited liability for any loss suffered by users as a result of such disruptions.
9.2 Third-Party Services
Game software used on the tak platform is built by third-party providers. tak is not directly responsible for the performance or errors of this software, but will assist in resolving issues when notified.
9.3 Normal Gaming Losses
Losing money in gaming and betting is a normal outcome. tak is not responsible for financial losses, and each user must consider their own financial means before placing bets. Full guidelines on responsible gaming are provided in our Responsible Gaming Guide.
Privacy and Data Protection
10.1 Data Collection
tak collects and processes users' personal data for the purpose of providing services. Full details of how collected data is used, stored, and kept secure are provided in our separate Privacy Policy.
10.2 Data Security
tak uses SSL encryption and other industry-standard security technologies to keep financial and personal information protected. However, 100% security on the internet cannot be guaranteed, so users are also encouraged to take steps to protect their own information.
10.3 Sharing Information with Third Parties
tak does not sell users' personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. However, information may be shared with designated partners where necessary for payment processing, identity verification, and legal obligations.
Account Suspension & Closure
11.1 Account Closure by tak
tak may suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
- Providing false information during identity verification.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Abuse of the bonus system.
In the event of account closure, any legitimately deposited real money will be refunded, however bonuses and winnings earned from bonuses will be forfeited.
11.2 Account Closure at the User's Own Request
Any user may request to close their account at their own discretion. Any balance remaining in the account at the time of the request may be withdrawn (subject to wagering requirements being met). A voluntary self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
12.1 Right to Make Changes
tak may change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms and Conditions are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
If any user has an objection or question regarding any clause of these Terms and Conditions, please contact the tak support team directly. We will always endeavour to resolve issues promptly. If a dispute remains unresolved, both parties will seek a resolution by mutual agreement.
12.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the specific rules of each promotion together constitute the entire agreement between tak and the user. Any verbal or unwritten commitments beyond these shall not be enforceable. If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is found to be legally invalid, the remaining clauses shall continue to remain in effect.
